My question involves civil rights in the State of: Can a guardian court order you to a mental hospital if you have had an incident of pushing her or hitting her in the stomach and it has been recorded as an incident by the police but not have had press charges against you. If so what is the claim and in how many states will the court order be valid and how will the claim be made that I need to be in the hospital and could there be a claim for the above charge?
