Suspension and Revocation: DUI Conviction and License Suspension in South Carolina

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: South Carolina

I was charged with a DUI a few months ago, my license was suspended for 6 months because I didn't take a breathelyzer. I received a blue sheet that said my license was suspended and I received something in the mail. Yesterday I plead guilty and the cop asked the judge if I could have time served dropping money fines and probation/jail time, the judge agreed and I was given time served.

Now my question is will my license be suspended further, I read somewhere that being convicted meant your license would be supsended for 6 months, but the judge didn't mention this so i'm not sure if this is something that is mandatory, imposed by the court or imposed by the DMV.

Also if my license is suspended, will my APS/implied consent suspension be credited towards my hardship suspension. I've been looking online for answers about this and I keep getting mixed results. Some lawyers/articles say there is a law which makes it so it has to be credited only if the implied suspension happens 1st. Then i'm reading in other places that they are not credited, so i'm not sure if my license will be suspended for 6 months altogether or if it will suspended for 1 year, if another 6 month suspension is added on.

I tried contacting the DMV about this but the woman on the phone seemed clueless.
