Child Neglect: Am I Eligible for Emancipation

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Pennsylvania. I am almost 17 years old and my parents are not together. I spent time living with one, until she made me go live with the other parent, because she did not want me in her house. In both houses I have been abused verbally constantly. It's been like this since I was a kid and I would always say that I couldn't wait until I was 18 to be free of all this. There is no where else for me to go and I honestly can not live like this anymore. I am so unhappy. I have good grades and have had a job for three months. My question is, will I be able to get emancipated, will I need consent, and will I be able to get financial help for college and living arrangements?
