Original support was calculated using pre Oct 2010 changes to support amounts. If I'm requesting a modification now will the new guidelines be used or the old? I've read regarding the changes back in 2010 that when modifying the courts may use the new guidelines, but I wondered now that 6 years have past is this the norm or not ?
