My question involves criminal law for the state of: Mississippi So in 2013 i was convicted of grand theft and malicious mischief I was sentenced to 5 years in drug court and a restitution fine of 48,648.00. I'm currently 2 years in, just now hit my mark for 13 months clean. I have 2 small children and a wife. Will my restitution fine be reduced once I complete drug court or in any matter? Will I have to pay it in a certain amount of time? Can I do anything to possibly help myself out in any way without having to pay the full amount? Could the restitution center try and pick me up bc so much being owed? Would appreciate any info given, THANKS!
