Land Contracts: Owner Tried to Evict when I Was Still Doing Payments on Time

My question involves real estate located in the State of:

I am under land contract purchase agreement in West Virginia. The owners wanted all the money at once after I have already paid 2/3 of the purchase price. The non-payment clause said I have 45 days before foreclosure for non-payment.The owners tried to evict me 15 days after last payment and it was dismissed..They would not accept any payments from me and tried to evict me again 2 months later and it was aslo dismissed.I made agreement with owners that i would give them 5000 that i owed them upon sale of the property which they agreed to. Two months later a new owner showed up saying he was new owner and i had to move out. I went to court and magistrate sided with new owner for wrongful occupation.. I appealed to circuit court and contacted local lawyer. She said(lawyer) when previous owners tried to evict me even though i was current with payments it was not a breech of contract or a tort. She advised that i probably didnt have a case.I am reaching out to this forum looking for case law or advice on how i may present case that i was the injured party and/or the previous owners breeched..This house was my first rebuilding of equity after a very tough divorce and i really do not want to lose it .Thanks for your replies
