My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Minnesota
My LL says he will go to the court and remove the eviction (or something).
I am not exactly sure what it was he said he would do because my mind started racing in disbelief and thoughts, he said something about going back to the court.
Is this even possible to do?
He also said that he does not want to see me end up homeless.
Meanwhile he has not done anything to resolve the issues listed on my first repair request, and it is expired, in fact it was expired before the eviction court hearing.
Also, after the eviction court I had served a much larger repair request to both him and the homeowner and it expired today, all repairs ignored by them.
It was hard to decide what topic to put this under!
