Creation: Right to Grant an Easement

My question involves real estate located in the State of: Massachusetts

I own a condo that is a part of a condo association. We all have a shared driveway. Prior to the purchase of all of the condos, the original owner of the building, an LLC granted a right to himself an easement. This right was to last 20 years. This LLC/owner, no longer owns any part of the condo property.

The easement agreement further states that "until such expiration of the 20 year period no other successor in interest to Grantor, including without limitation any unit owners or trustees of any condominium created on Grantor's Property, shall have the right to grant any similar easements"

We now have a neighboring property that would like an easement to use a portion of our driveway to reach his own parking spaces that he is constructing. Can this former LLC grant a new easement to this neighbor even if they no longer own the property? The language above seems to restrict us condo owners from freely deciding whether to grant the easement or not.

thanks
