Collection and Enforcement: Debt Collector is Demanding Information About a Judgment Debtor's Finances

New Jersey.....I am a 100% disabled combat vet. I was being treated at a VA hospital when letters appeared. Someone signed my name on a certified letter. "bumped" and signed by a judge. for a debt originally from credit one bank. Pressler and Pressler want me to furnish all of my financial info. I have nothing...I receive 3000. per month from the VA. I have no assets and the money I receive does not last three weeks. I doubt that the debt is more than 1000. dollars. I just received the certified well after the 10 days the letter stated. It say "If defendant fails to comply with the information subpoena within ten days of the certified date of mailing of this order, a warrant for the defendant's arrest shall issue out of this Court without further notice. I know P & P has been fined one million dollars recently for intimidating practices...but this is scary....I have the docket number but know nothing else about the case. What should I do?
