My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: I was stopped by a patrol where he said I did a left turn that was not allowed. I gave him my all docs asked included my foreign license driver ( still valid).
When I saw the ticket, information about my car in the ticket were blank( model, plate etc) and no ticket price was informed. I got 2 tickets (disobeyed traffic control device and unlicensed operator) where in both my car details were not informed ( empty fields).
As allowed by NY state, I can use my foreign license driver for a time and in case I am not residence. I go and back to my country frequently( each 2 months) where i still use my foreign driver license to drive there. As informed by DMV, I foreign DL will be eliminated as soon as NY DL is submitted.
Has someone got a ticket with no car details informed? If yes, how do I find the ticket details thru plates?
How can I dispute the ticket of Unlicensed Driving?

"Can I drive In New York State with an out-of-state or foreign driver license?
Yes. You can drive in New York State with a valid driver license from another state or country. You don’t need to apply for a New York State driver license unless you become a New York State resident.
If you have a driver license from another country you do not need an International Driving Permit, but the permit verifies in several languages that you have a valid driver license. This is helpful to police officers who can’t read the language on your foreign driver license. Contact the authorities in your home country to get an International Driving Permit. "
