If my employer (farm iwner) sent me to pick up supplies in a work truck and blatantly lief to me by advising me that there was valid insurance and registrationot on the vehicle..the. I am pulled over and given a citation for no valid insurance or registration....do I have any defense? I carry my insurance and registration on my personal vehicle and do not think it is fair for me to be penalized for following my employer's instructions.
