I immigrated to the US around 13 years ago with a Green Card - I lived in Florida for approximately two years and during that time, I was arrested for forgery
The charge was eventually dropped and I was not convicted - However I am aware that an arrest record still exists
After this incident, I returned to my birth country (taiwan) and have been living here ever since
My green card has since lapsed and I have also legally changed my name
I wish to travel to the US for a vacation in the near future with my Taiwanese passport (which also reflects my name change)
Will I have problems getting through customs at the airport? Will my arrest record show up even though I am using my Taiwanese passport and have since changed my name? Could I possibly be denied entry?
