My question involves business law in the state of: Florida. My old construction (subcontractor) company is involved in lawsuit. Florida statue of limitations is 2yrs. Two business partners are suing each other over a job they did and are dragging all the subs along. I did not respond to all the mail delivered to my home...OTR Driver now. I closed the company & filed bankruptcy personally in 2011 after the 2007 melt down. I have now received a letter stating I have to go to a mediation hearing? Not sure what to do? Don't have a lot of money for a attorney...any help would be great! Thanks!
