My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California
Hi, my question is this: I have a wage garnishment for spousal and child support in place already that's working quite nicely. I also receive a percentage of his overtime/bonuses as child support as well. According to our agreement, he is to pay me any OT within 15 days of him receiving the OT on his paycheck, but he never pays on time. He is more than 30 days late right now, (he was 6 months late at one point before with a previous payment) and I'm wondering if I can go directly to his employer to collect. Thanks
