My question involves court procedures for the state of: IL
a. After a motion to reconsider is ruled on by judge (and if ruled against me) would I have 30 days to appeal?
b. Can new evidence be presented during an appeal? For instance, affidavit's from individual who was present when issue was discussed - this person was not available (known about) at the original.
c. If there is new document(s) found could those be presented at an appeal hearing?
Thank you
