My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CALIFORNIA
AN EMPLOYEE IS HARASSING ME AT WORK REPORTED TO MY BOSS NOTHING WAS DONE. DUE TO THIS I GOT SICK AND MY DOCTOR GAVE ME MEDICAL LEAVE FOR 1 MONTH I COME BACK MY BOSS WROTE ME UP A WARNING LETTER FOR TERMINATION AND ALL FALSE ACCUSATIONS. HARASSED AGAIN BY THE EMPLOYEE AND MY BOSS THIS TIME
MY DOCTOR GAVE 3 MONTHS MEDICAL LEAVE APPLIED FOR SHORT TERM DISABILITY AND LOOKING FOR A JOB NO PLANS OF RETURNING TO A HOSTILE AND TOXIC ENVIROMENT. NOT SURE IF I'M ELIGIBLE OR IF I'M AND STILL DID NOT FIND A JOB BY 3 MONTHS CAN I APPLY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT I WILL QUIT AFTER 3 MONTHS OR PLEASE SUGGEST ON WHAT TO DO
