Custody and Visitation Issues: How to Get More Viisitation When My Ex- Visits My State With Our Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California.

Please, anyone. Any help or advice you can offer is extremely appreciated.

I am the non-custodial father of my 8 year old son. After our divorce, my ex wife (the custodial parent), moved from California (where we both lived while married) to Michigan. I still live in California. I pay my child support and call my son regularly. I send him gifts and cards and do all I can to show him I still love him... even though I cannot visit my son frequently in Michigan for monetary reasons (sadly). In fact, I have only been able to visit once in the past 18 months. I miss my son terribly.

My ex wife is coming to California from Michigan at the end of this month to visit friends/family. She will be here with my son for FOUR days. She has informed me that I will be allowed to see my son on one of the four days, for 3 hours only. I'm heartbroken. Please, I need help. Is there anything I can do to get to see my son every day while she is here visiting? I am already sick at the thought of only getting 3 hours with him out of an entire 4 days. Is there anything I can do to force her into allowing me to see him every day while she's here?

Please, please help.
