My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oklahoma
My fiancé, who is 19, is going through family court to obtain some type of custody agreement with the court. Let it be fatherhood rights or full on custody. Now, I am 16. Yes I do realize that I'm very young. I have been with my fiancé since August of 2015 and I knew him for three years before that. I have full consent to get married from both of my parents. I am stuck in a situation where if my fiancé and I don't get married by the time my parents want us to (in one week), they will send me to my aunts house which is an abusive environment. What I'm worried about is how will our marriage affect his current family court case.
