My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: New Jersey
We were awarded Summary Judgement for a fraud in a business. The case was heard in Ocean County NJ, Upon asking for discoveries the non moving party didn't provide and discoveries and we provided lots of evidence and after 16 months of waiting the judge gave us a Full summary Judgement. How long do I have to wait for damages and do they get to refile again? Is it 30 days or 90 days for them to refile? I guess I am asking, what is the next step and the process of the suit? If someone can help explain, it will be appreciated greatly!
