My question involves real estate located in the State of: Washington
I live in a Dead End Neighborhood. My house is the Far End with another home beside my house. We got HOA on this Small Neighborhood. My problem is my Neighbor in front of my home.
We purchase our home, because of the good place, i don't mind living on the end of this community. When we moved here. Everything is ok, i got a UHaul Van, driving in and out of this place.
We didn't see any problem. Our road is good for coming in and coming out. Two vehicles can still drove out and in at the same time. When we moving our stuff. We notice 2 Limo outside the Street.
We have no idea, who own those. Until a couple months. We saw one of the Limo park inside our community. And it so hard now to drive, because this Limo Block our Access. Only one vehicle can go through now. And the other will wait for the other to pass. We complain this to our HOA. And the HOA, said no Commercial Vehicle allowed inside our Community. This Limo was moved 2 weeks ago. Everything is ok now. Until 2 days ago, my neighbor other Limo was park in front of their Garage. On our HOA Law, we allowed to park 2 vehicles on each Home. But this Guy did Park his Limo. And now, my wife is having a hard time to maneuver back. Because this Limo, is taking some space. Even thought this owner, park on the side of the wall. My Garage and their Garage are Facing each other. and we have a little space on the middle to move out. I told my HOA, that our Road is Shared by everyone. And our right of way is blocked by this long Limo now. Is there a Law here in Washington State. That you cannot block our shared street. And limit your neighbor to use that part of the Road. Our HOA President, doesn't know what i'm talking about Right of Way, even i show here a picture of my Neighbor Limo that Block our accessed going out and in...
