My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Indiana, I have filed for divorce 3 times in 2015. Needless to say I dropped first two actions. The second time I filed, she instantly filed a p.o. against me claiming I raped her. Amazingly enough the judge she went in front of did not grant the order. Well three weeks later she filed another and was given ex parte and transferred to our divorce court. In this order she accused me of trying to blow up our business by turning the knobs of the stove on. (Had fire Chief testify that he told her that the stove would of lit because there is a pilot light) yet she still wrote it to obtain P.O. Regardless that order expired when I dropped the divorce for the second time. Well in Sept. she stabbed me in the neck and when the police located her she had red marks on her neck which she claimed I did. Was informed no charges would be filed due to mutual combat. So I filed for divorce again and again she filed a p.o. Our magistrate granted an ex parte order and gave us a hearing date. After speaking with our counselor about all the issues he shocked me by saying that my wife told him she choked herself to get out of trouble. I ended up speaking to him again and recording him say this and also had him testify in a deposition. The hearing was started and given a continuance for 3 months later. *Question? Does this violate procedural due process? I had 2 other court dates in front of the same court before my hearing was complete. During the hearing she photoshopped pictures , said she took pictures of incidents that happened july 25th 2015, but i had emails that she sent photos to me june 11th 2015. Anyways the order was dismissed and immediately she has switched gears saying I am terrorizing my daughters who are 10 yrs old. This started the same day the order was dismissed. I am at over 23k in attorney fees defending myself. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
