Defamation: Manager Has Misrepresented the Reasons an Employee Was Fired

My question involves defamation in the state of: Pennsylvania

My recent manager started falsifying the reason I was let go to my coworkers and potential employer. I signed a form stating the real reason of termination He and the company are refusing to give me a copy of this form. Is this precident for legal action? Not only is he denying me personal information, but he is spreading word that what I did for termination was stealing.

This guys sets up cameras with audio and changed my sales to his name. I can get proof of this if I had access to the computers. I contacted HR andtbis isn't the firsttime he has done these things.

I can really use help on this one.
