My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois
Feel free to delete this one too. I won't be returning to this ridiculous forum. It's a waste of time. You bad drinking person! Get an attorney! It must have been because I didn't go along with your political correctness that drunk people are bad!!!!!!!!? Too funny. I've heard about this on Alex Jones. I want to thank the guy who did answer my question. Oh and by the way my cousin was killed by a drunk driver. We also get rides when we are incapable of driving safely. However, I'm sorry there is a huge difference between someone killing someone and the police lying and busting you for nothing. There is a huge difference between a 60 yr old functional alcoholic and a drunk 21 yr old. The world is missing plain old common sense. It must be due to the welfare state and all the breeding of lower IQ people.
and to cwdjava, Thank you for your law enforcement service. I suppose you support police k9 officers too. Here's another common sense for instance. Get the dogs out of the hands of officers who have NO understanding of dog behavior and call in experienced dog handlers such as myself. I have trained with 2! officers, 2! that were decent trainers and knew what they were doing. I have never seen such stupidity. We put on a working dog seminar next to the police once and our dogs were better trained. One officer actually told the audience after a failed drug dog demonstration that the dog was too tall to find drugs!! That is a lie! and the dumbest thing we ever heard and we still make fun of it. Sad thing is he's the head trainer of Illinois State Police dogs. What a train wreck! The states would save a TON of money and have real working dogs if they did things the smart way. Life would be much better with less government and some good old common sense.
You all just wait and see what happens. You all need to listen to more Alex Jones, John Whitehead and Stefan Molyneux.
