My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado and Wyoming
My husband's ex-wife fell asleep on the interstate in Colorado and rolled her vehicle with their 2 children in the car. She was sentenced to 1 year of unsupervised probation, a fine and 40 hours of community service. She did not complete her community service and was given a court date to show cause and missed that court date and now has a warrant in Colorado. Here are my questions:
1. If she is pulled over in the state of Wyoming where she lives, can she be arrested on her Colorado warrant?
2. If we call the police in Colorado when she moves down there in June will they arrest her?
3. Will her probation be revoked based on the warrant?
