Name Change Procedures: Can't Have My Birth Name on Marriage Certificate to Dangerous

I live in the uk and had a terrible childhood we had to be relocated so my father could not find us. (Witness protection style) I want to get married in scotland but can't afford to leave my birth name attached to my new name on the national records is there someone high up or a law to withold it from being added so he cannot track us down.
