Health Insurance: Is a Self-Employed Person Required to Purchase Health Insurance

Greeting,

I moved to the US this year, and I work as a sole-proprietor the time to study the market and incorporate a company in the upcoming months.

One question I could not find an clear answer is : can I stay and live in the US without a health-care ? I am saving all my money and using them to make profit, I can not afford to spend money now on that.

Is not having a health-care a problem ?
