Custody and Visitation Issues: Will a Hearing or Mediation Be Necessary

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Colorado

OK so I as previously posted I received another motion to Intervene along a grandparent affadavit for visitation from my son's paternal grandmother and stepmother. now when i was goin thru trying to get custody of my son because they were trying to fulfill dads parenting time while hes been incarcerated they had submitted an motion to intervene. the judge had dismissed it due to "insufficient factual and legal basis to determine both grandmother and stepmother have a conditional right to intervene pursuant to statute. further motion to intervene does not allege any factual basis that would give either grandmother or stepmother standing pursuant to c.s.r 14-10-123 " (I'm reading this off the copy of my custody order) also states "intervenors do not have standing pursuant to c.s.r 19-1-117 therefore cannot be granted." by my understanding they were denied and there's a once in two years that they're allowed to file a motion to change anything. so at this point would it be necessary to have another hearing or mediation set by the courts if grandma is still trying to get visitations. I have submitted a response to their motions. I am disputing the filing frequency and still they're lack of standing pursuant to the statute csr 19-1-117 my situation does not fall under any of the circumstances in which she would be allowed visitation.I also did state that if for any reason they allow the motions to go through that I am denying in regards to my sons best interest any visitations at this time. I don't agree because they don't have a stable environment. since hes been with me my son has improved and has excelled and is a more happy and stable kid as before he was fighting, refusing to do any work at school. so there has been a difference in his behavior.
