My question involves child support in the State of: Alabama
My kids are all on there on now, married and in the military. They have been, for some time now and are all over 19yr old. My ex says I can cancel his arrears and interest by writing a letter of agreement, but I can't find any example of this letter and don't really know how to file it. I am willing to help their father out, he has been good to our kids. Has anybody successfully been through this process, and what do I do to get the ball rolling?
