My parents brought me to the country illegally when I was a child.
I went to jail last year for a DUI, afterwards I was taken to an immigration detention center, where I was released on bond and have an immigration court in 2019.
I was in a car accident a few months ago, where I caught a driving under restraint charge, along with a violation of probation.
If I was go to back to jail, what are the chances I will be deported this time? Will I lose the 5k bond I've already paid? I've been in the country for over 14 years, I never chose to come here, and I don't know anything about my home country at all, other than a basic grasp of the language. Thanks for any info.
