My question involves child support in the State of: NEWJERSEY
My ex owes 33,000. A bench warrant was issued, however, he lives in NY. (only 10 minutes from NJ border). If he is pulled over in NY will he be extradited to NJ and will he be able to renew a NY license? Also am I able to send ny police to his house? Any help or advice on how I can have him picked up would be appreciated.
