Appeals: Appeal "Not Me" Red Light Camera Court Decision

My question involves traffic court in the State of: California
I got a ticket for making a right turn without stopping. Here are the facts:

- It's camera ticket
- The vehicle is registered under my name
- The photo shows a middle aged asian male (which is same race and same sex as me)
- But I was in fact not the person driving
- The police show my license photo and the ticket photo to the judge, and she agreed with the police
- I was found guilty
- The judge was very old (in her 90s) white female
- She only looked at paper printout of the photos, and it was possibly black and white
- My friends and colleagues looked at the photo and told me it wasn't even close
- I called around and tried to find a traffic lawyer to help, but no one would take the case, since I was already found guilty.

How do I appeal? Thanks!
