My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: California. Driver in front and I both did illegal u turns. He ended up stopping and parking. I then proceeded to make my u turn and wasn't able to complete when I put it in reverse and he steps on gas in reverse and hits me on front driver side right above my tire. All I could do was honk but he had already hit me. Who's to blame? Should I report to insurance? He stated it was my fault an to leave it alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
