My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: California
I own a condo in a high rise building. One of the toilets apparently has a leak around the gasket (which is basically inside my condo and not in the community wall). The leak has been undetected for a while and there is now water damage in a 7 foot radius. Who is responsible for the repairs, landlord, tenant or building owner?
