My question involves marriage law for the State of: Georgia
I am 16 and pregnant, my boyfriend is 17. We want a family for our son, but my parents will do anything to stand in the way of that. I heard that it's possible for two minors to be married in Georgia without parental consent if she is pregnant and he is the father, I was wondering if this was still true, and also would this still be possible if neither of us are residents of Georgia.
