So I have a question, around 2 years ago I got some traffic tickets that I couldn't pay for so now they're on my driving record, mainly failure to address change and 2 speeding.
My mom had recently sold me her car and now I've moved to Dallas from El Paso tx. We wanna get the title transferred to under my name but I have the traffic warrants, what's going to happen?
