My question involves an easement in the state of: NewYork, Can a property be considered Land Locked if one of the bordering properties is State Forest with public access? State does not allow motorized vehicles on forest land. I own property bording the property. A gas speculator purchesed said property knowing all this and is telling me he can force me to give him access. Can he?
