My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Wisconsin
We discovered that our POS system which is also used as a time clock, was not adding the time up correctly. Employer doesn't want to share any info with us to prove how long we have had this problem, could be 6 months ago when the system was upgraded or 5 years ago which is when we got the new system.
Do we as employees have any rights to demand a copy of our hours worked on a daily basis instead of them giving us a grand total.
