My roommates moved out of the apartment we shared in mid July without giving notice leaving behind a lot of personal property. They have no paid their share of the rent for either August or September. I also haven't seen them in three weeks so I have considered their property abandoned. I have contacted them and told them they had 10 days to come and get their property. What are my legal rights to dispose of their property?
