My question involves paternity law for the State of: California
My married girlfriend, whom claimed she was separated is pregnant by me her boyfriend.
She now is claiming the baby is mine, but not telling her husband so she can keep her current lifestyle until the baby is born. When our baby is born she is going to get divorced and pretend the baby was conceived by her husband.
I told her I can not be part of this crazy scheme. Three days later she claimed to have a miscarriage. She also is claiming to move out of the country.
I want more than anything to be part of my child's life. Can I establish paternity before the baby is born? Can I stop her from moving?? What are my rights as the father of my unborn child, whose mother is married to another man?
