Reckless Driving: Speeding in New Jersey Got 5 Other Tickets Handed Out Too

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: New Jersey

My brother was speeding in NJ while driving in the middle lane. He says he drove 85 on 65 road but cop ticketed him for 102. Cop followed him and when he saw the cop with signal lights on he was meanwhile in the left lane passing two trucks. Afterwards brother pulled over. Cop took his European drivers license (which is valid) and came back with 6 tickets, only explaining the speeding ticket and left. Afterwards my brother saw he was ticketed for: speeding in excess of speed limit 102 mph in 65 mph zone, reckless driving, traffic on marked lanes-nearest right lane (probably when he was passing the trucks?), failure to obey traffic control devices, driving without a license (but he did have his valid driving license), obstruction of windshield for vision (he only had gps on bottom of windshield).

3 of those tickets order him to go to court. He lives in Europe and has to leave before the court date. What should he do? He doesn't feel most of those tickets are fair. There are mistakes on his tickets, like the colour of his eyes and it states that he lives in NJ but he doesn't.
