My question involves a traffic accident in the State of: FL
Time ago someone borrow me his car to do some diligence, but unfortunately one guy who was making right just stop in the middle of the streets, I change lane and I was breaking leaving the space so he can make the turn but he just didn't move the car at all, I brake and I hit him. My turning signal light complete destroy and my fender a little bended. His rear bumber with 2 hits (1 with a hole) and some scratches. I call the police and the owner of the car. I dont know what happens but a Rescue come to check him and he was fine. No tickets at all, the owner of the car told me that it wasnt necessary call the insurance because the hits are to smalls. 1 Month ago they are calling me that they are gonna sued me for the accident. IDK what to do? someone can give some insight.
