Sales Agreements: Needing Help to Take Legal Action

I live in Oklahoma. Back in October 2011 (when I was 15) my mom had rented a car. Her purse had been stolen and she didn't have a bank account. When she canceled her cards she called the rental place and told them she was trying to get a new card and work out the funds as they had spent all the money on the card before she could cancel. She had rented the car for over a month at this point. Eventually they started calling her and put her over to some type of repo man. The repo man proceeded to contact me and my mother. After eventually stopping contacting my mother he bang to bagger me. Telling me information that I was not authorized to know, telling me, at 2 am, to go take the car somewhere and drop it off. This went on for about 3 weeks. I was starting at my friends house so I could get to school and my mom and my sister were staying elsewhere. Eventually my mom was pulled over and went to jail for "auto theft". They released her that night and they gave the rental man the car back with everything that my mother had in it (which was a lot). After she was released he went to another town and filed for embezzlement. She was then arrested a year later because she had a warrant she didn't know about when she was spotted for routine traffic. I'm wondering what my legal limits is here, what I can sue him for (if anything) and what I should do.
