My question involves criminal law for the state of: California I'm dating a 39 year old men but I'm 17 year old next month I'll be 18 and my boyfriend is in jail with a 5 year probation and stay away order. Upon my 18 birthday could I drop some parts from the order for example drop the no contact and stay away but keep the rest of the order?
