My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of TX.
I waited until the traffic clear to make the U turn. After I drove on the left lane, and was about to make my car straight, a pick-up truck hit my back door. This was was so fast that I didn't see it when I turned. But the police gave me a "fail to yield right-of-way" ticket. We have appealed and the court date was set.
How can help me on how to defend this?
