My question involves court procedures for the state of: MI
In form MC-11 (Subpoena) just under "Defendant(s)/Respondent(s)" section, there's a field labeled "Charge". What's the purpose of this field? is it used for civil cases or intended for criminal only? If it matters, I'm interested in "duces tecum" (order to produce documents) rather than to "testify".
Thank you.
