Use and Enforcement: Power Lines Not Located Where Easement Says They Are

My question involves an easement in the state of: California.

I bought property with a utility power line easement recorded. The description of where the lines are located is not where the lines are actually located. Can I tell the utility company to move the lines to where the easement says they should be?
