My question involves real estate located in the State of: Maryland. Who is responsible for maintenance/repair of shared driveway to the section of driveway that is on neighbor's property? I share a driveway with one other neighbor. I have a location drawing and boundary survey that clearly shows what part of the driveway is mine and what part is neighbor's. The section of driveway that needs repair on on the neighbor's property. There is no language in the deed regarding a shared driveway or maintenance/repair of such.
