Contract Law: Tortious Interference. Do I Have a Case

Florida

I would like to know if I would have a good case for tortious interference against a man who interfered with my business contract.

I am a commercial landlord and my tenant had a multiple year lease in place.

This millionaire had loan the company money and had the company setup as collateral along with options to buy more of the company in the future. This man had planned on purchasing the company down the road however the company had a lot more debt then was originally disclosed.

So even know this guy had the ability to take over the commercial tenant in my building, the millionaire somehow got them to empty their bank accounts to pay him off and took all the property, employees, intangible assets and intellectual property and moved it all into his building to run the same company under a new name. He claims he never exercised the option or took any part ownership of the company but rather somehow talked them into abandoning the building and lease payments and continue the operation in his building instead of mine.

This company had owed me 3 years worth of rent on a very large space.

He know there was a lease in place with the company
He cause the company to become insolvent
He cause the company not to stop make the lease payment obligated under the contract.
He told the company to remove all assets of the building in order to use his own building instead.

I would like to know if I have a case of tortious interference against this man?

Thanks.
