My neighbors keep putting their trash in front of my house instead of their own house: trash cans, beds, couches, tables, refrigerators, all sorts of crap. I've tried talking to them about it politely, because I'm rather tired of seeing a massive pile of shit in front of my house almost every day, and they just shut the door in my face without saying a word. So, I'm not sure if they speak my language or not, or if they're just rude and inconsiderate. Is there anything I can do about this legally? Thank you.
