My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Minnesota
I sold a classic vehicle on ebay and was paid by buyer. The sale stipulated that I offered free storage till a certain date and that date has passed with no word from buyer. I sent a message through ebay email messaging to buyer stating that vehicle needed to be picked up within 10 days or storage charges would be incurred. Buyer has not recieved title to vehicle as the two of use need to have it recorded and transferred at DMV in person.
I need the spaces that the vehicle and other items purchsed by buyer are occupying.
What type of legal notice is needed to dispose of this property and what are the time limits?
